Failure rate ranges are aggregates — individual company outcomes vary significantly by stage and product. This calculator is calibrated for early-stage health tech SaaS ($1M–$15M ARR) hiring a first or second sales rep. Outputs for post-PMF or enterprise companies may understate actual base costs. Ramp figures for SDR roles (~3.2 months, Bridge Group) are excluded as this tool targets AE/closing hires.
